Think Critically About Everything You’re Shown
We need to be taught from a young age to think critically about images & media. It’s not that fashion etc is a “bad influence,” it’s that the majority of people do not realize how much can (and is) done to a photo. Every image that you are shown has an agenda behind it. Be it the perpetuation of a fantasy, the fulfillment of a body/world ideal, or to illustrate a polical viewpoint.
